1. Driver Requirements
Age: Drivers must be 21 years of age or older.
License: Must possess a valid driver's license (Class B1 or B2 or higher). For foreign nationals, a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) along with the original driver's license from their country of residence is mandatory.
Identification: Provide the original Citizen Identification Card (for Vietnamese nationals) or valid passport (for international nationals) for verification and safekeeping (if required).
2. Vehicle Rental and Security Deposit Procedure
Deposit/Collateral: Customers are required to provide collateral (usually a registered motorcycle with its registration certificate) or a cash deposit of VND 15,000,000 - VND 30,000,000 (depending on the vehicle model).
Vehicle Inspection: Both parties will jointly inspect the bodywork, interior, fuel level, and sign a handover document before departure.
3. Rental Time & Mileage Regulations
Rental Time: A rental day is calculated from 6 AM to 9 PM on the same day. Exceeding this time will incur an hourly surcharge.
Mileage Limit: The maximum mileage is 400 km/day. Exceeding this limit will incur an additional fee.
4. Renter's Responsibility
Legal Compliance: The renter is fully responsible for any traffic violations (fines, speeding, drunk driving, etc.) during the rental period. (A notification will be sent after 5 days).
Vehicle Use: Do not use the vehicle to transport prohibited goods, do not allow others to drive it without our consent, and do not use the vehicle for pawning or other illegal purposes.
Fuel: The renter must return the vehicle with the same fuel level provided upon receipt.
5. Damage & Insurance Regulations
Minor Incidents: Scratches and interior damage caused by the renter's fault will be deducted from the deposit based on a quote from a reputable manufacturer/garage.
Serious Incidents: In case of an accident, the renter must preserve the scene and immediately report it to us and the relevant authorities. The renter is responsible for insurance deductible fees and garage fees (if any).
Cleaning: The vehicle must be clean upon return. If the vehicle is excessively dirty (smells of seafood, deep-seated mud), we will charge an additional cleaning fee of 200,000 - 500,000 VND.
6. Payment Method
100% of the rental fee must be paid upon receiving the vehicle.
The deposit will be refunded immediately after the vehicle is inspected and confirmed to be free of damage.
